Spicy Nugget Wraps
My kids love finger foods – that is why nuggets are always a big hit with them! I used the Spicy Nuggets for a fingers food dinner for the kids and a Spicy Chicken Wrap for the adults.
My kids love picking a variety of items to put on their plate to enjoy. We had Spicy Chicken Nuggets with BBQ and Ranch dip for them to choose from. I also included their favorite vegetables (carrots and cucumbers) and fruit (grapes and apples). You can tell the spicy nuggets are different then regular nuggets. They have a nice breading and you can see some of the spice
Here Adison makes her dinner – the spicy nuggets were slightly too spicy for her, but once she got some milk to go with her dinner she was fine.
Next Kayden made his dinner – he said he wished the nuggets were spicier – funny how different kids are!
My oldest son was still at a sport practice at school so this platter was easy for me to keep out for when he got home – just had to cook up some nuggets for him and he was good to go. For my husband and me, I also had tortillas, lettuce and cheese available to make us some wraps. I spread some ranch on first then added lettuce, spicy nuggets and cheese. It turned out so yummy!
Dinner was a hit!
Cheesy Chicken Rotini Parmesan
On another night I used the Cheesy Chicken Nuggets to make a quick and simple Cheesy Chicken Rotini Parmesan. The cheesy nuggets have an orange look (probably from the cheese) and you can see white cheese on the coating of the nugget.
I cooked up some rotini noodles – you could use any noodles but we love fun shapes. I warmed up some marinara sauce while I baked the chicken nuggets. Once everything was nice and hot (and noodles drained) I placed some noodles in a bowl, added the nuggets then poured on some Marinara sauce. After I topped it with some parmesan cheese we enjoyed it with a green salad.
This was very tasty and an easy spin on my regular Chicken Parmesan

I’m always looking for short-cuts for my Chicken Parm since I make all of my sauces from scratch. I can do that in the crock pot so that helps there, but the chicken is always a pain. I’ll have to give these a shot next time. Thanks for sharing. #client
