A couple of weeks ago I was invited to visit the Pebbles store in Orem, UT. They had just redesigned the Pebbles name and were having an open house in their store. I was able to see a sneak peak of some new lines coming out in the fall, eat yummy food, and do a few Make & Takes. I took pictures while doing my Make & Take so I could share with all of you the cute Halloween Goodie Bag project.
Before we get to the tutorial let me first show you the new Pebbles name design
Isn’t that so cute! I just love it! I browsed the store a bit and saw so many cute ideas! You should check this store out because they are full of so many fun and cute ideas like these –
And then I was able to see the cute new Halloween line called Thirty One coming out this fall from American Crafts – I am in LOVE – I can’t wait to make one of my wood block sets with this new paper!
Aren’t you just so excited to play with this new Halloween line? I know I am!!
See this cute Goodie Bag on the left – it was one of our Make & Takes
Here is how you make it
All of these items can be purchased at Pebbles
- Paper Bag
- Small Doily (they have doilies of several sizes and are very inexpensive – you can buy just 1 or many)
- Bow Die Cut (they have a die cut machine that cuts these bows out – I need to go and cut me a bunch)
- Silver Rhinestone
Using adhesive (like a glue dot) glue the bow onto the bag (over where you stapled the doily on). Glue dot the rhinestone gem into the center and you are done!
It turns out so cute and the idea could be used for any holiday/party – just get the right color of bag and diecut the bow out of matching paper. I love simple ideas that are not expensive and are so cute!
Check out more of my Halloween Crafts!
Disclosure: I was not asked to write a blog post about Pebbles or American Crafts – I just love the store and product and thought you might enjoy the tutorial of the Make & Take!
