Monday(Italian Night): Beefy Macaroni Casserole from Artsy Fartsy Mama
Tuesday (Mexican Night): Grilled Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday (Leftovers Night): On Wednesdays the boys are gone and busy and I need to have dinner ready early. So for us this is the perfect night to eat leftovers. I always love a night where I don’t have to cook a new meal!
Thursday: Easy Stuffed Peppers from One Sweet Appetite
Friday: (Grilling): Sausage and Vegetable Tinfoil Dinner
Saturday (Pizza Night): Pepperoni Pizza Bake
Sunday (Comfort Food): Lime Chicken Salad Sandwiches
with a Summer Berry Salad from Like Mother Like Daughter
Breakfast Idea: Simple Blueberry Smoothie from Kleinworth & Co.
After school Snack: Fruit with White Chocolate Dip
Desserts: I usually make one or two treats a week. Great for a family night then added to lunches for special treats!
