Did everyone have a great Halloween last week? We had such fun but now I am looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas! So this is what I am hoping to prepare for my family this week. Hopefully this will give you some ideas when you make your meal plan for the week.
Menu Plan #5
Monday(Pasta Night): Chicken Campanelle with Garlic Herb Sauce served with a breadstick and salad.
Tuesday (Mexican Night): Chipolte Spinach Fettucini from kleinworth & Co. served with some cheese toast.
Wednesday(Leftovers Night): On Wednesdays the boys are gone and busy and I need to have dinner ready early. So for us this is the perfect night to eat leftovers. I always love a night where I don’t have to cook a new meal!
Thursday: Turkey Bacon Avacado Sandwich from the best blog Recipes served with some chips and fresh fruit.
Friday(Grilling): Grilled Cornish Hens
Saturday (Pizza Night): Grab pizza from your favorite place. Another night I don’t have to cook, yea!!
Sunday (Comfort Food): Cordon Bleu Chicken Nugget Casserole from Summer Scraps
Served with the Worlds Best Green Beans from Let’s Eat Grandpa
Breakfast Idea: Homemade Granola from Tada’s Kooky Kitchen
Desserts: I usually make one or two treats a week. Great for a family night then added to lunches for special treats!
