I can’t wait to go back this weekend and spend more time looking at everything. I know I will get a ton of ideas for projects I want to work on at home.
Let me tell you about the Home Show and then I will show some pics of the class I was able to take at the Expo today.
Tickets for the Home Show are $10 (kids 12 and under are free) but you can use the code SCRAPS for a $3 discount by clicking here.
Starts tomorrow Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 2pm-9pm
Saturday, Jan. 5 10am – 9pm
Sunday, Jan 6 11am – 6pm
Friday is free admittance for police and other public servants (see the website www.SaltLakeHomeShow.com).
It’s at South Towne Exhibition Center
9575 South State Street
You can follow Salt Lake Home Show via the following ways:
Ty Pennington will be there on Saturday at 11am, Top Chef Christ Crary is at noon and 5pm on Saturday.
Opal Design will give free design consultations during the show at their booth.
Opal Design taught our class today. The girl who taught the class (sadly I don’t know her name) will be in the Opal Design booth all weekend and they will provide free design consultations.

The class we took was about getting the biggest bang for your buck – something I really need. She talked about lighting, finish work, art and upholstery.
Disclosure: I received tickets to take me and my family to the Salt Lake Home Show. I am under no obligation to write this blog post but thought some of you might be interested in going to the Home Show. All opinions are 100% mine.
