Let me show you how easy it is to make these Simple Nutella and Raspberry Fillo Cups!
Simple Nutella and Raspberry Fillo Cups
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Package of premade Fillo Cups (found in freezer section -15 cups)
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 15 large raspberries of 30 small raspberries (washed)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the Fillo cups onto a cooking sheet. We are just going to crisp the cups up a bit so they don’t get soggy. You can use them straight out of the package but I like to crisp them up. Once the oven is ready bake them for 5 minutes.
While the Fillo cups are baking wash and gently dry the raspberries.
Let the Fillo cups cool for a minute or two. They actually cool quite quickly. I arrange them on my serving platter and fill them with Nutella. To easily fill them you can use a pastry bag. I was all out of pastry bags so I put about 1/2 a cup of Nutella in a sandwich size baggie and pushed the Nutella down to the corner.
Snip off the corner of the bag and fill up your fillo cups.
Add a large raspberry to each cup (or a couple of small raspberries) and enjoy!
How simple and easy is that? I love how easy this is to put together and the flavor of the Nutella with fresh Raspberries and a crispy fillo shell is so amazing! Try it and let me know what you think!
