As you know I love decorating my home, and I just love to change things up throughout the year. There is no official holiday to decorate for right now for so I like to decorate with a summer theme and with Summer Colors. I don’t do a lot of decorating for the summer – just a bit for a nice touch in my home.
I love the Summer Wood Letters I made for my mantle so I wanted to have something that would go with them. So I had a Summer Bunting made and I just LOVE how it looks!
Summer Bunting Printable
This summer bunting is extremely easy to put together. You will need the printable printed out (pdf link at the bottom of this post). I don’t have a color printable so I just saved it on a thumb drive and took it to Kinkos and asked them to print it out for me – so super easy! I actually had them print it out in three different sizes. The first was regular size for the bigger bunting. Then I asked them to reduce it to 50% and that was the perfect size for the bunting on my fence. I then had them reduce it in half again and am planning on using the smaller size for a card.
Next you need to cut out all the pieces. Save the piece at the top that shows the suggested order to place the pieces.
For the bigger banner I punched holes on each side and ran red butcher string through the holes.
Here is the large bunting on a wall – so cute!
So I mentioned above that I had another set printed out that was half the size. I used that to put on my wood fence – it turned out to be the perfect size! On this one I did not punch holes. I just taped the twine onto the back of the pieces.
So cute, right??

So if this is something you would like to make be sure to print out the Summer Bunting Printable PDF and you are already half way there!
